In-Depth Role Requirements & Key Responsibilities
1. Heavy Equipment Operators
- Vibro Excavator & Installation Operator: Applicants must have hands-on experience operating vibro excavators for major civil infrastructure, deep foundation, and sheet piling installation tasks. Candidates must demonstrate precise safety controls and equipment maintenance skills.
- Grader Operator: Requires candidates with solid experience in operating motor graders for earthmoving, road construction, land leveling, and slope finishing on major job sites.
2. Commercial Transport & Driving Staff
- Heavy Driver (Truck & Trailer): Responsible for operating heavy transport trailers and haulage trucks safely across Bahrain. Applicants must hold a valid GCC or Pakistani HTV driving license and exhibit clear understanding of road safety compliance and vehicle checkups.
3. Automotive Mechanics & Electrical Technicians
- Petrol & Diesel Mechanic: Skilled technicians capable of performing diagnostics, component overhauls, engine repair, and regular preventive maintenance on heavy commercial transport, diesel machinery, and light petrol fleet vehicles.
- Auto Electrician: Experts proficient in identifying automotive electrical faults, starter motor and alternator repairs, ECU wiring harness repairs, and general vehicle electronics troubleshooting.
- Auto AC Technician: Requires specialists in diagnosing heating and cooling systems, refrigerant gas charging, leak repairs, compressor servicing, and general automobile HVAC system fixes.
4. Vehicle Body Shop Specialists
- Spray Painter & Denter/Painter: Master painters and auto body denters needed for surface preparation, panel beating, structural repair, paint mixing, color matching, and protective clear-coat application.
5. General Construction & Operations Helpers
- Laborer / Helper: General site workforce responsible for physical material handling, assisting senior mechanics and equipment operators, site clearance, loading, and unloading tasks.
Salary Packages, Benefits & Employment Terms
All candidates hired under this recruitment drive will sign a standard legal work contract governing foreign workers under Bahrain Labor Law:
- Daily Work Shift: 8 Hours per day, 6 days per week.
- Overtime Allowance: Additional overtime hours worked are calculated and paid separately in addition to the base salary according to local labor standards.
- Contract Duration: 2 Years (renewable upon mutual agreement).
